Lightspeed integration

What Lightspeed is
Lightspeed is a cloud-based retail commerce and POS platform covering in-store transactions, multi-location inventory, and B2B catalogue management — designed for specialty retail and wholesale merchants where deep product variant management and location-level reporting matter.
How we integrate Lightspeed with Shopify
Ecom Majesty has hands-on Lightspeed platform experience: the team built and managed a standalone Lightspeed B2B site for a client. That engagement was a **separate platform project** — not a direct Lightspeed↔Shopify integration — so Ecom Majesty knows the Lightspeed data model, admin workflows, and API surface from real delivery work, but has not yet connected Lightspeed to a Shopify store in a live bidirectional sync. A direct Lightspeed↔Shopify integration — syncing inventory, orders, pricing, and customer records between Lightspeed (as the in-store/B2B system of record) and Shopify (the online channel) — is buildable via Lightspeed's REST API combined with the Shopify Admin API and a middleware layer (Make, Patchworks, or a custom connector). Ecom Majesty can scope and build this, but would treat it as net-new integration work rather than a proven repeatable pattern.
What the work involves
- Hands-on Lightspeed delivery: EM built and managed a standalone Lightspeed B2B site for a client.
- Working knowledge of the Lightspeed data model, admin workflows and API surface from that engagement.
- A direct Lightspeed-to-Shopify bidirectional sync would be scoped as custom middleware — EM has not yet connected the two in a live store, and says so plainly.
Can Ecom Majesty deliver it?
Yes — Lightspeed is within our Shopify engineering scope; we scope the exact integration against your stack.
