How we integrate Nosto with Shopify
Nosto connects to Shopify through an official App Store integration that handles the product catalogue sync and behavioural event collection automatically. Ecom Majesty's work begins after the base connection is live: designing and placing recommendation placements (PDPs, cart, post-purchase, email), configuring merchandising rules (boost new arrivals, suppress out-of-stock, pin hero products), building segmentation logic tied to purchase history or acquisition source, and ensuring the Nosto script loads correctly within the store's consent and performance budget. For headless Shopify builds, Ecom Majesty wires Nosto's JavaScript API to the custom frontend's event model rather than relying on the standard Shopify pixel.
