How we integrate Okendo with Shopify

Okendo connects to Shopify via the App Store app, syncing order and customer data to power post-purchase review request flows and attribute-level review collection (size fit, quality, colour accuracy). Ecom Majesty configures the review request cadence, the custom attribute questions relevant to the product category, and the on-site widget placement on product detail pages and collection listings using Okendo's Liquid snippets or Theme App Extensions. Ecom Majesty also ensures Okendo's aggregate review schema output is correctly structured for Google Rich Results and not duplicated by other apps in the theme. Where the merchant uses Okendo's quiz or loyalty modules, Ecom Majesty wires those features into the appropriate Shopify data points — quiz outcomes mapping to product recommendations, loyalty actions tied to purchase and review events — and validates the full flow end-to-end in a development environment.
