How we integrate TikTok with Shopify

Ecom Majesty installs the TikTok channel app from the Shopify App Store, connects the merchant's TikTok for Business and TikTok Ads Manager accounts, and configures the product catalogue sync with appropriate category mappings and feed rules. On the tracking side, Ecom Majesty implements the TikTok Pixel alongside TikTok's Events API (server-side) to maximise signal fidelity given browser-level restrictions — mirroring the same dual-layer approach used for Meta. Where TikTok Shop is in scope, Ecom Majesty works through the fulfilment integration (orders pulled into Shopify, inventory synced back) and tests the end-to-end purchase flow in a staging environment. Ecom Majesty also aligns the TikTok event taxonomy with the store's broader measurement framework so that TikTok conversion data integrates cleanly with GA4 and the paid social team's attribution model.
